Training tailored to individual needs can provide support when recovering from an injury or surgery, and can facilitate return to a regular exercise program. It also provides one-on-one training for individuals who prefer to exercise independently rather than in a group setting. Individual or small group sessions (2-3 people) are typically 60 minutes and are arranged directly with CCAA’s certified personal trainer.
