Condition Specific Programs

Soon, we will begin offering evidence-informed classes for targeted groups of people with specific physical activity goals. These six- to eight-week condition-specific classes will bring together students in our professional rehabilitation master’s programs with community members looking to enhance their health and well-being through physical activity. Examples of classes that could be offered include those that address knee osteoarthritis, post-surgical knee and hip rehabilitation, exercise for osteoporosis and strengthening for older adults.
