CCAA events provide opportunities for individuals to learn from thought leaders in the field of activity and aging. Networking and the sharing of ideas is also encouraged before and after lectures and throughout advocacy workshops.

Comprehensive Physical Activity for Older Adults

This certificate was developed for students in a degree program in Health Sciences, who want to expand their knowledge and become specialized in the area of activity for well older adults.

Physical Activity Advocacy Training Sessions

These interactive, in-person sessions help participants identify and evaluate community-based activity programs, and link higher functioning older adults with the appropriate classes in their area.
