Facilitated more than 100 courses nationally to over 2000 participants and has worked with over 500 Care facilities (LTC, Residential Care, Adult Day Programs) throughout the country
Delivered the CCAA’s leadership training courses internationally in Italy and Japan.
Led the SHRTN Activity and Aging Community of Practice (AA CoP) responsible for the development of the ACTIVE practice guidelines
Co-authored the first publication in Canada to explore the need for restorative programming for frail older adults living in care facilities
Development of the Registered Nurses of Ontario (RNAO) Falls Best Practice Guidelines
Contributed to the National Leadership Training guidelines for Physical Activity Leaders. These guidelines led to the development of the International Society on Aging and Physical Activity’s (ISAPA) International Curriculum guidelines for exercise programming for older adults, and are recognised as the gold standard for physical activity programming for seniors by the World Health Organization (WHO)
