Our Leadership and Team Development programs are developed and built using theories, frameworks, and evidence based research in adventure based learning, group facilitation and experiential learning. Introduction to Team Facilitation (8 hours)

This one-day workshop is designed to introduce participants to group development facilitation and adventure-based learning. Participants will learn the basic concepts and techniques of effective group facilitation. Through the exploration of popular adventure initiative activities, participants will be familiarized with the goals of groups and approaches to group facilitation. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from Western University's Mustangs Leadership and Team Development program.

Team Development Facilitation (16 hours)

This two-day workshop is designed to teach participants the basic theories and models of adventure programs and how to apply facilitation skills to eladership and team development programs. Participants will learn how to design, sequence, lead, and debrief adventure programs and will gain an understanding of popular activities in the industry. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from Western University's Mustangs Leadership and Team Development program and may be offered employment opportunities.
