Field Course in Environmental Anthropology in Madagascar

This field course is an opportunity to explore and learn in Northern Madagascar. The field course offers hands on experience that will broaden this understanding of various fields of Anthropology. Students focus on development and conservation issues in the region. First, students have an orientation period in the University of Antsiranana in Madagascar. Secondly, students will have various field trips to a number of Malagsy communities and conservation areas. This is a partnership field project with University of Antsiranana.
