  • MAC group worked on 21 Campus Buildings and used 18,000 meters of cable
  • 3,159 calls answered by the ITS Helpdesk
  • 142 Qualtrics Surveys created
  • 1,264 JIRA tickets created by the ITS Helpdesk
  • 155,385 total queries on the Western Search Engine
  • 25,118 unique and authenticated User ID's connected to WiFi
  • 5 different ITS Non-Credit Courses offered with 35 total participants
