• The Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel, the Applied Electrostatics Research Centre, the Geotechnical Research Centre, and Surface Science Western, and
• Research funds associated with faculty members in the Faculty of Medicine, which are administered through Hospitals and Institutes which are affiliated with Western.
