Mushroom Festival | The Bookcase Micromuseum
On March 17, The Bookcase Micromuseum is hosting a Mushroom Festival! Featuring artworks by local, national, and international artists, as well as mushroom treats, and a presentation on local mushrooms by Western University fungi experts, the Mushroom Festival is a one day mycology extravaganza. Schedule 10-5 art exhibition featuring Paul Chartrand and Simone Sciascetti. Tour the forest of mushroom art. 12 presentation by Dr. R Greg Thorne and Nimalka Weerasuriya. 12 mushroom tarts and mushroom soup. 1 Alexis William's Mushroom Oracle 2 Screening of Christopher Kennedy's Mycological Provisions 3 Paul Walde's Music for Mycologists.
