9522 - Theories of Ideology: the Marxist Tradition - This course will examine the major modes of theorizing ideology within - and in some cases, alongside--the Marxist tradition. Readings will include Tracy, Marx, Lukács, Gramsci, Adorno, Balibar, Althusser, Žižek, Laclau, Mouffe, Barrett.
