DROP-IN Appointments are not guaranteed, there are limited spots each day. Please do not drive long distances without calling first to determine wait times or availabilty.
Appointments are normally scheduled a week or more in advance, however, during peak periods, there may be a wait time of up to two weeks for a booked appointment. If your questions are time-sensitive, please e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or drop-in counselling may work better.
A limited number of pre-booked appointments are available each week, so some students will be asked to use other services such as Drop-in Academic Counselling or Department Counselling.
During the summer, in particular, appointments are in high demand and many requests will be referred to other sources of information.
Please do not drive a long distance without booking an appointment, drop-in appointments fill quickly in the summer.
