Alumni Relations and Development in The Faculty of Science

At The University of Western Ontario, our goal is to support people who belong to, and benefit from, what we believe to be the most dynamic learning environment in the country. The Faculty of Science is recognized as one of the best teaching institutions in Canada.

In September of 2000, Campaign Western was launched with a goal to raise $270 million. The Faculty of Science goal was to raise $20 million by May 2004. As of September 30. 2002, 92% of the goal has been raised in the amount of $18.5 million. But, we will have much more to do.

In the Faculty of Science not only is there the commitment to pursue excellence in education; there is also a strong commitment to student support. The continued generosity and support from our alumni is critical to ensure that these commitments are met.
