Important notes:

  1. If you are completing a straight major, specialization, or honors specialization, please contact your department counsellor for a graduation check.
  2. Grad checks are to be done in your graduating year. Please do not submit a grad check in your third year to plan for completing your degree in your fourth year, you can visit us during drop-in counselling or contact your department counsellor to go over remaining degree requirements.
  3. We receive a high volume of graduation checks throughout the year. As a result, you will be given one graduation check in your graduating year. If you make course changes following your graduation check it will be up to you to assess how that will impact your eligibility or you can contact your department counsellor to discuss.
