Hours of Operation for Spring 2012

Office is Open:  9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

*Exceptions:
May 18 -- Office Closes at 3:00 pm
May 21 -- Office Closed for Victoria Day
May 25 -- Office Closes at 12:00 noon

Drop-in Counselling:  

WEEK OF MAY 14: no drop-in counselling (due to adjudication)

WEEKS OF MAY 21 & 28: 1:00 - 3:30, Monday to Friday

Appointments:  Pre-booked appointments will be available in early June as our counsellors need time to meet their strict deadlines to adjudicate students (to assess student's ITR submissions and applications to graduate); please do not submit appointment requests until late May as we will not book appointments more than about a week in advance
