Looking to book an Appointment?

Want to come in during Drop-in Counselling Hours?

**How you can best be helped will depend on what it is you are looking for

assistance with … we might suggest an appointment, drop-in counselling or

something else all together – such as seeing a department counsellor,

sending us an email or booking an appointment at a later time.**

Here are some general GUIDELINES on what to expect, but remember, our academic counselling team is very busy and priorities can change depending on the time of the academic year, so this is just a guideline:

DROP-IN COUNSELLING

  • * Same-day academic counselling
  • See our current drop-in counselling hours here
  • Students can meet with an academic counsellor for up to 15 minutes
  • Waiting involved during busy periods
  • We will likely ask you to do drop-in counselling if you:
  • How to sign up?
    • Sign in with the assistant academic counsellor at the front desk – we are located in Western Science Centre, Room 191
