Campus Recreation,
located in the lower level of the University Community Centre (room
67), provides a full array of activities throughout the day, including
aerobics, aquatics, dance, family recreation, intramural sports, mind-body
fitness, racquet sports, sport instruction, and wellness. The facility
hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. to midnight and Saturday &
Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Other fitness centers
are located throughout the city, including the Lotus Centre, Goodlife,
Curves and the Athletic Club. Explore the different clubs to find the
program best suited for you.
The University of
Western Ontario provides its full-time employees with a free Employee
Assistance Program (EAP). EAP offers confidential counseling to those
who request it, and it's available through the facilities of Family
Service London located on Woodward Avenue.
In addition to face-to-face
counseling sessions, the Employee Assistance Program offers all eligible
employees the following specialized services. When calling, please identify
yourself as a Family Services EAP client employed at UWO.

Financial/Credit
Counseling:
Specialized financial/credit
counseling is available as part of your EAP through Credit Counseling
agencies throughout Ontario. Employees and their immediate family members
may request help with a personal budget, to assess credit issues or
explore options of debt repayment or bankruptcy.
