Blending Science Courses: Combining Online and Face-to-Face Instruction: Members of the panel embrace technology in innovative ways in their courses. They will share their experiences developing and offering science courses that involve different ‘blends’ of online and face-to-face instruction. Their course formats range from fully online courses with online labs to a “flipped” classroom model with content delivered online to free up face-to-face time for activities intended to deepen student learning.
