Pensions, Benefits & Payroll Setup

Please contact Pension & Benefits Office, Room 5100, Support Services Building (519-661-2194) to set up an appointment to sign up for U.W.O. benefits.

Western ID Card

Please go to the Western Student Services Building, first floor (located beside UCC) to obtain your photo identification card. You will require your UWO Employee Number.  This card is required for most services (including keys, parking, library services, travel discounts, etc).

Parking

The Parking Office is located in Room 4150, Support Services Building.

Information Services (IS)

The IS unit provides Information Technology services to the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry.

Keys

All keys must be requested on a Building Access Requisition form through your Departmental Administrator.  The Keys Office is in Room 2380, Support Services Building.  Your UWO Photo ID Card is required.

Membership in the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies

The Graduate Chair for each program nominates individuals for Membership in SGPS.  Please go to the above link for more information.

Teaching Support Centre - Faculty Mentor Program

The Teaching Support Centre (TSC)  offers a Faculty Mentor Program for new faculty members. The program involves information/workshop sessions to provide new faculty with important information about the University; and to provide individual mentors within departments.
