 ROLA LOGIN |
- These PI focused session are intended for individuals who hold eligible faculty appointments and will be completing their own ROLA Proposals.
- This session will show you as a PI how to complete your own proposals, how to navigate the submit and approve proposal functions, how to search for your own granting information, and how to extend access to individuals who may be supporting you in your research program in ROLA.
- These Administrative Support sessions are presented for individuals who will are not eligible PI's but will be supporting someone who is listed as a PI or Co-PI on a sponsor application.
- This session will show you how to complete a proposal for an eligible PI, how to search for granting information you have security access to view, how to navigate the submit and approval functions, and to explore what other information you can find in ROLA.
RD&S is providing ROLA II Training labs in the Support Services Building (Rm 4230). There will be two separate training sessions offered in this series.
1. Individual PI Focus
2. Administrative Support Focus
Both sessions will provide documentation and touch on both ROLA and Peoplesoft quick tips for our users.
- Each Lab will begin with an introductory presentation and visual overview of the system, and then continue to the lab portion allowing users a hands on location where they can bring an actual sponsor application and complete a " ROLA Proposal" with knowledgeable Systems staff in the room.
- Please register early for labs so we can ensure you have the proper access to the system available on the day of the session.
NOTE: We will be working directly in production and ask that you not use the lab to complete test Proposals. Contact rolahelp@uwo.ca if you wish to make arrangements in this regard.
