Women's Xchange is offering $15,000 or more in one-time one year (non-renewable) grants to support research projects that address women's health issues at the local level. First time applying to a research grant? Women's Xchange will provide guidance throughout the application and research process. With access to a Scientific Lead and assistance in developing academic partnerships, applicants will be supported with regards to developing a research proposal and conducting a successful research study. Academic-community partnerships are required to qualify for large-scale project funding. Women's Xchange considers an academic to be an individual with a PhD or MD who also holds a current university appointment in Ontario. |

The electronic copy of your application package must be received before 5:00 p.m. on October 5th to be considered for funding. The hard copy of your application package must be post-marked October 5th and arrive shortly after to be considered for funding.
Both most be complete to be considered for funding. |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
