Description: The Computational Science Program seeks to enable development of technologies in biomedical computing, informatics, and data science for Parkinson?s disease (PD) therapeutic development. Funding through this program supports research that will develop improved computational approaches to understand the molecular underpinning of Parkinson?s disease that would ultimately lead to: biomarker detection, improving clinical outcome measures, and target identification.

Application Details:

MJFF aims to support development of computational tools to facilitate production of novel biomedical measures relevant to defining PD. The following disciplines of computational methods are encouraged: Data processing functions to allow for enhanced analysis efficiency Multi-modal statistical and computational methods

The application process involves two steps: pre-proposal and invited full proposals.

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission.
