Description: |
In order to help create and/or support units with the necessary concentrated expertise, Cancer Care Ontario will provide funding (up to $300,000 annually) to groups of investigators working together in one or more of CCO's thematic research areas. Applications will be reviewed by the panel that currently selects CCO Research Chairs, supplemented as necessary by individuals with particular content expertise. |

Application Details: |
In order to facilitate the selection of a review panel, applicants will be required to submit a letter indicating their intent to apply for this program. Successful LOIs will be invited to submit full applications. Full applications will be due on September 30, 2010. The application forms will be posted on the Research Division website by June 30, 2010.INDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT LEVIED ON THIS PROGRAM. |

NOTE: Letters of Intent and Full Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean signatures). Requests for Institutional signatures should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. |
