The "Invitations to France for Canadian Researchers" program is an initiative of the Office for Science and Technology and aims to support French-canadian collaboration in all scientific fields, from natural sciences to social sciences and the humanities. Forms must be sent by regular mail at the following address

Application Details: |
The program covers:
Return plane ticket -- The Scientific Office is in charge of the purchase of the flight tickets for the selected applicants. A ticket bought by a candidate will NOT be refunded.
Stay expenses can be covered, however this is not compulsory. Furthermore, it can be decided that the Service will not cover the whole of the stay.
Researchers must hold a tenured position in a Canadian Research Institution
The project must involve at least one French research team or French Institution |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
