This funding opportunity will provide support for the development and implementation of SPOR Networks in non-communicable Chronic Diseases. For the purpose of this opportunity, non-communicable chronic disease is defined as a long-term disease that is not passed from one person to another; it evolves over time, often progressing in severity. Although a non-communicable chronic disease may be prevented and can often be controlled, it is rarely cured. The application process for this funding opportunity is comprised of four (4) phases: Registration, Letter of Intent, Strengthening Workshop and Full Application |
