Description: |
The Canadian Water Network catalyzes and supports multidisciplinary research and related initiatives that address key challenges in water management across three areas: protecting Canada's watersheds and ecosystems, protecting the health of Canadians, and ensuring that Canada has sustainable water infrastructure. The Canadian Water Network?s (CWN) Canadian Municipal Water Consortium (CMWC) is currently inviting selected Canadian researchers to submit proposals for a Research and Knowledge Integrations Project Including a Design for a National Consultation to evaluate and test the feasibility of:
?Options for Improved Nutrient Removal and Recovery from Municipal Wastewater in the Canadian Context?
The outcome from this project will be improved support for decision makers and practitioners involved in the management of municipal wastewaters with respect to reducing nutrient concentrations and maximizing opportunities for nutrient recovery and reuse from wastewater treatment system effluents and process streams. |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
