Description: |
The Homelessness Knowledge Development (HKD) funding stream provides funding to stakeholders, including not-for-profit organizations, researchers and academics, to develop knowledge on homelessness issues. HKD funds projects that focus on data development; research and analysis; identification and sharing of best practices; and knowledge dissemination. Successful applicants will receive funding to enable a deeper understanding of homelessness prevention for those with mental health issues and to contribute to the development of effective solutions to address the issue. This CFP has been developed in close collaboration with the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC). It is designed to generate projects that will complement the work of the MHCC and is consistent with the Mental Health Strategy for Canada. |
