Description: |
The objective of the GPSF is to provide financial and operational resources to facilitate timely, effective and accountable conflict prevention, crisis response, peace operations, and civilian protection and stabilization interventions in fragile states implicating Canadian interests, in line with Canadian foreign policy priorities. Proposals will be evaluated against the following criteria:
* Extent to which the proposed project supports Program objectives;
* The organization can demonstrate that the project addresses a gap or need;
* The project is technically sound; and
* The organization can demonstrate it has the capacity to carry out the proposed activities and achieve the stated objectives. |

Application Details: |
The Glyn Berry Program supports the development of Canadian and international policies, laws and institutions that embed core human security objectives of freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law into international peace and security efforts. |

NOTE: All research-related grant applications, letters of intent, contracts and agreements requiring an institutional or organizational signature must submit related documents to the Office of Research Services for review and approval. Requests for institutional signature should be received a minimum of five to ten business days before the
