Description:

The CCFC Grants in Aid of Research program is intended to support research on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Grants are awarded to investigators working alone or in collaboration with others. Establishment grants are designed to support research projects undertaken by new investigators. New investigators are defined as applicants within three years of their first faculty appointments at a Canadian institution.

Application Details: Operating grants are for the support of research projects with a defined objective, conducted by an investigator working alone or in collaboration with others. Funding is limited to a maximum of $125,000 per year, for up to 3 years. Establishment grants are designed to support research projects undertaken by new investigators. New investigators are defined as applicants within three years of their first faculty appointments at a Canadian institution.INDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY THIS PROGRAM
NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission.
