enhance our knowledge of the prevention, etiology, management, and cure of diabetes and
related complications. As well as population health, health services, diabetes education,
community and practice-based research. Operating grant applicants (Principal and Co-investigators) must have a doctoral degree (MD, PhD, DSc, DDS, PharmD, DVM or equivalent) and an independent faculty position with institutional support at a university or research institution in Canada. |

Application Details: |
This Program requires that a PI complete and submit a Registration Form by CDA's deadline date. Please see Agency guidelines for more information. Registration form must be completed and e-mailed to CDA (research@diabetes.ca) no later than 11:59 pm (EST) on December 1, 2010. If a Registration form is not submitted, the full application will
not be considered in the 2011 Operating Grant competition.INDIRECT COSTS MUST NOT BE LEVIED ON THIS PROGRAM |

NOTE: Letters of Intent and Full Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean signatures). Requests for Institutional signatures should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. |
