Description: |
This funding program provides operating support for laboratory and pre-clinical investigations; clinical projects and field studies; psychosocial, cancer control, survivorship and other research that demonstrates direct impact and relevance to breast cancer and includes strategies for knowledge translation and dissemination. In order to address research needs across the breast cancer continuum, the Foundation has introduced a series of general targets for research funding across three broad focus areas, including fundamental laboratory and pre-clinical investigations; clinical projects and field studies; psychosocial, survivorship, supportive care and quality of life research. Each broad focus area will have its own peer grant review panel. |

NOTE: Letters of Intent and Full Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean signatures). Requests for Institutional signatures should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. |
