The BCRP challenges the scientific community to design research that will address the urgency of ending breast cancer. Specifically, the BCRP seeks to accelerate high-impact research with clinical relevance, encourage innovation and stimulate creativity, and facilitate productive collaborations.

Funding Level 3: Advanced translational studies that have potential for near-term clinical investigation. Small-scale clinical trials may apply. Funding Level 4: Large-scale projects that will transform and revolutionize the clinical management and/or prevention of breast cancer. Near-term clinical impact is expected. PIs are expected to have experience in successfully leading large-scale projects.

Application Details:

Proposal submission is a two-step process consisting of (1) a pre-application submission through the electronic Biomedical Research Application Portal (eBRAP) at https://eBRAP.org and (2) a proposal submission through Grants.gov (http://www.grants.gov/).

INDIRECT COSTS OF 42.4% ON SALARIES

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission.
