Level II Research Awards fund research involving: Empirical research, including qalitative or quantitative research or experiments. Any researcher working in Canada is eligible to apply. The majority of data collection must be conducted within Ontario communities and focus on Ontario residents. For submissions originating outside Ontario, collaboration with Ontario organizations or researchers is preferred. |

Application Details: |
Level II funding can be used for: A stand-alone research project or pilot project; Conducting preliminary research in preparation for a Level III research project, such as instrument development and testing; and Research tasks subsequent to a full research project, such as follow-up testing, or secondary data analysis. All applications must be received before 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date, by applying online. You can apply for any open application from the front page of the OPGRC website. NOTE - SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS: When submitting an application, send one copy of the signed Cover page or Certifications Page by fax or by scanning and attaching it as a .gif, .tiff, or .jpeg file. Faxed or scanned pages must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date.INDIRECT COSTS OF 20% MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT BUDGET |

NOTE: Letters of Intent and Full Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean signatures). Requests for Institutional signatures should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. |
