Projects must not extend beyond a twelve-month period and the maximum amount that will be provided per project is $20,000. Proposals within this category should be short term, concise projects, which have been largely developed by the resident. All applications will be funded on an equal weighting basis of scientific merit and clinical relevance. The majority of the work involved in completing the research must be done by the resident.
