Description: |
This program support the R&D projects designed to assess the post M.D. educational environment such as curricula, methods & teaching resources.
Projects within this category should not exceed the maximum of two years' duration and the limit of $85,000 per year set for clinical research. Applications are to be submitted to the Foundation by 5:00 pm EST on the deadline date. The submission must be sent to the Foundation in two parts: Email a PDF format file of the complete application package to psif@psifoundation.org no later than 5:00 pm EST on the deadline date
AND Mail or courier one paper copy of the complete application package containing all required original signatures. This must be postmarked by Canada Post or courier date-stamped no later than 5:00 pm EST on the deadline date and delivered to the Foundation's offices |

The Foundation recognizes that research within this area may involve teams which include non-medical researchers & consultants. Applications will not be accepted for research in the areas of cancer, heart & stroke and mental health, drug & alcohol abuse Research applications will be assessed on an equal weighting basis of scientific merit and clinical relevance.INDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT LEVIED ON THIS PROGRAM |

NOTE: Letters of Intent and Full Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean signatures). Requests for Institutional signatures should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. |
