The CHS Dream of a Cure Research Program, through funds provided by the Hemophilia Research Million Dollar Club, the Canadian Hemophilia Society and Bayer Healthcare Inc., supports research towards improving the quality of life for people with hemophilia and finding a cure. The Canadian Hemophilia Society invites applicants to apply for basic scientific research grants in fields relevant to hemophilia. |

Application Details: |
Applicants must be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants and affiliated with a Canadian university or not-for-profit health-related organization. Grants will be made available for scientific research in fields relevant to improving the quality of life of people with hemophilia. The original electronic application must be sent to the National Office of the Canadian Hemophilia Society by November 13, 2009. One (1) original copy of the application, with signatures, must be sent to the National Office of the Canadian Hemophilia Society: 400 - 1255 University Street, Montreal, QC H3B 3B6, by November 13, 2009.INDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT SUPPORTED BY THIS PROGRAM. |

NOTE: Letters of Intent and Full Applications are to be processed through Research Development Services for institutional signatures, and are to be accompanied by a completed RDAF form (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean signatures). Requests for Institutional signatures should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. |
