SSHRC Internal Conference Travel Program

These awards are made from funds provided annually by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council. Funding is awarded to researchers presenting a paper at a research-related meeting or conference of major scholarly significance in disciplines normally supported by SSHRC. The program will fund participation in both regular international congresses and more narrowly focused conferences and seminars which take place more than (500 kilometers) from London, Ontario.

Winter:	Dean’s Deadline	February 1
	RD&S Deadline	February 15
	Results Due	apx. April 1
Summer:	Dean’s Deadline	July 2
	RD&S Deadline	July 16
	Results Due	apx. October 1

Indirect costs are not supported by this program.

PROCESS

• Internal program applications are processed through Research Development & Services and must be accompanied by a completed ROLA Proposal.

REPORT

• Final Report - due no later than 3 months after grant termination.
