CFI - Leader's Opportunities Fund (LOF) Deadlines
Formal internal process for LOF applications begins 16 weeks prior to the external CFI deadline.
Informal process (meeting with ADR for application approval and with Research Development Contact (Melissa Gordon) for pre-planning for the application development) should begin well in advance of the first meeting with purchasing.

February 2012 Competition
- Before October 14, 2011: Meet with ADR, RD to discuss application
- October 17-21, 2011: Meet with Purchasing
- November 21, 2011: 1st draft deadline to RD
- January 5, 2012: Core Planning Group deadline
- February 9, 2012: Final internal submission to RD
- February 15, 2012: RD submit to CFI (external deadline)
- February 29, 2012: ORF forms due
June 2012 Competition
- Before February 10, 2012: Meet with ADR, RD to discuss application
- February 13-17, 2012: Meet with Purchasing
- March 26, 2012: 1st draft deadline to RD
- May 3, 2012: Core Planning Group deadline
- June 11, 2012: Final internal submission to RD
- June 15, 2012: RD submit to CFI (external deadline)
- June 29, 2012: ORF forms due
