Researcher Comment Sought on Draft Full Board HSREB Submission Form Revisions

NEW!

The Office of Research Ethics has been undertaking a revision of the Full Board HSREB Submission Form. We are seeking input from the research community before the revisions are accepted and finalized. Proposed revisions include grouping questions in a more logical sequence, rewording questions for clarity and specificity, and removing questions not necessitated by legislative or regulatory requirement.   We have also made changes so that certain information can be appended directly to the form rather than re-entering information from other sources.
