The LRTGT provides the following services:
1. Generation of transgenic mouse lines through pronuclear injection.
2. Targeting of specific genetic loci through electroporation and homologous recombination.
3. Introduction of ES cells into blastocysts to generate chimeric mice.
4. Rederivation of mouse lines from cryopreserved embyros or pregnant dames
5. Cryopreservation and storage of genetically modified mouse lines
6. Chromosomal counting of ES cell lines
