Western Award of Excellence recognizes exceptional staff
I encourage all faculty and staff to nominate outstanding staff colleagues for the third annual Western Award of Excellence program.
Deadline for nominations is November 22, which may be submitted online by visiting http://www.uwo.ca/pvp/recognition/nomination.htm.
During its first two years, the Award of Excellence program has recognized approximately 140 staff members and teams thanks to nominations made by fellow staff members, faculty, students and alumni. All active full-time and part-time staff, including teams, are eligible for nomination.
The program was designed to recognize staff who make exceptional contributions that help Western achieve its mission of providing the best student experience among Canada’s leading research-intensive universities. Award recipients and nominees will be celebrated during the sixth annual staff conference in late February.
