Construction Projects

The following page lists and details some of the ongoing projects at Western.  Please note that each project is subject to timeline changes as well as approval and scope alterations.

Richard Ivey School of Business

Would house HBA and PhD programs. Substantial increases planned for HBA program. University and Ivey fundraising to cover cost - contingent on fundraising revenues.

Completion: Phases 1&2 2012

Current Ivey School renovation

Renovations to current Ivey building would follow construction of new Ivey School building. Would provide campus core academic space.

Completion: 2013

Physics & Astronomy building renovation

Modernization to replace rusted lintels and windows, roof and ventilators, asbestos removal, mechanical and electrical systems, lab furnishings, fumehoods and modifications of layout.

Completion: 2011

Renovations to Lawson Hall

Exit of Human Resources, Financial Services, Institutional Planning & Budgeting, Internal Audit, Research Western and Registrar permits reconfiguration of Lawson and Stevenson buildings – space for academic purposes.

Completion: 2011
