Building name and specific location of the problem
Description and severity of the problem
Speed code may be required

For example, water flooding or no power to freezer
When notifying PPD, clearly and specifically state that is a maintenance emergency
i.e. Irreplacable samples and valuable equipment is being threatened
If after hours, request that the "on call" service personnel be called in
