All rehabilitation programs are located at the Parkwood Hospital site. The EMG Program is located at the Mount Hope site.

Acquired Brain Injury
The Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Program is a regional rehabilitation program which consists of 10 inpatient beds, a 5 bed special behavioural unit, as well as outpatient clinics and an outreach program. The ABI Program is shared by Dr. Keith Sequeira and Dr. Gail Delaney.

Amputee
The Amputee Program is a regional rehabilitation program which consist of 8 inpatient beds and an outpatient clinic. Dr. Barry Death and Dr. Mike Payne are involved with this program.

Musculoskeletal
The Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Program consists of 20 inpatient beds which is involved in rehabilitation of complex post-operative hips and knees, deconditioning and the victims of multiple orthopedic trauma. Dr. Tom Miller, Dr. Mike Payne Dr and Dr. Rob Petrella are involved with this program.

Spinal Cord Injury
The Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Program is a regional program which consists of 15 inpatient beds and an outpatient clinic. Dr. Pat Potter, Dr. Keith Sequeira and Dr. Gail Delaney are involved with this program.

Stroke
The Stroke Rehabilitation Program consists of 30 inpatient beds and the Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program (CORP). Dr. Robert Teasell, Dr. Asha Bhardwaj, Dr. Tim Doherty and Dr. Barry Death are involved with this program.

EMG
The EMG Program is a nationally renowned program known for its clinical and teaching excellence. Dr. Tom Miller is the EMG director and the lab involves 7 doctors and 2 EMG technicians.
