Our History
The University of Western Ontario Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was originally started at a single site, Victoria Hospital. It later expanded to 3 sites in 1972 and a 4th site was added at Parkwood Hospital in 1984. The Department was consolidated to a single site at Parkwood Hospital in 2002.
