Language and Cognition Research Group

Welcome to The Language and Cognition Research Group

The Language and Cognition Research Group is composed of academics – faculty and graduate students – from Linguistics and Philosophy at Western, all of whom are interested in the empirical study of language and cognition, and especially the study of the varied relationships between these two. Many of us also have an abiding interest in the history of these subjects.

The group meets intermittently to discuss papers, to present work in progress, or host an off-campus visitor.
