The Motorist Assistance Program is our opportunity to help you.
Parking & Visitor Services provides complimentary motorist assistance to all faculty, staff, students and visitors to Western University's main campus.
Our Service offers assistance to motorists who require a boost for a dead battery, or vehicle unlocking.
How to use the Motorist Assistance Program:
Call Parking & Visitor Services at 519-661-3973 during regular office hours. After hours, contact the Campus Community Police Services at 519-661-3300, or in person at Lawson Hall, room 1257.
The Motorist Assistance Service may not be available at certain times throughout the day due to unforseen circumstances.

Use our Motorist Assistance Program. Call 519-661-3973 during business hours with your location, make and model of your vehicle, and Parking Services will send someone to help you. After business hours, please see a booth / parking attendant or enforcement staff for help.
