Motorist Assistance:
The Motorist Assistance Program is our opportunity to help you. If you are on campus and have trouble with your vehicle, Parking Services is ready to lend a helping hand. The service is available to customers of Western's parking facilities. Services include: assistance with dead batteries and unlocking locked vehicles.
This complimentary service is available to any vehicle on any main campus parking lot or roadway.
How to use the Motorist Assistance Program:
Call Parking and Visitor Services at 519-661-3973, or contact any parking enforcement staff member, booth staff, or parking attendant. If you use the telephone, identify the lot in which you are parked, your car's general location and, if the lot is large, the make, colour and license number of your car. Stay with the vehicle. We will do everything possible to have the Motorist Assistance Service to your rescue within the hour. At certain times of the day this may not be possible. If a delay is expected, Western Parking & Visitor Services staff will give you a realistic estimate of the time of arrival.
