To our valued permit holders,

In an effort to protect the rights of our customers, access to the parking lots at The University of Western Ontario will require an active permit at all times. As of December 1, 2011, vehicles with expired permits will not have access to gated lots at the first of the month. In cases where the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, transponder will be deactivated on the following business day.

When renewing your permit, please be aware of wait times that come with the processing and delivery of validation stickers by Canada Post and intercampus mail. We recommend completing your renewal at least four business days prior to the end of the month.

Parking & Visitor Services offers renewal options through automatic payroll deduction for Faculty/Staff, allowing customers to set up parking validation for an extended period of time. This service can be acquired at the Parking Office or through Permit Application & Renewal.

If you are unsure when your permit expires, please note the validation sticker located on the transponder or login to My Parking Account at www.uwo.ca/parking for more information.
