Sponsorship:
Instead of funding for the full lunch catering of these Grand Rounds, we invite industry representatives to contribute to the Oncology Grand Rounds educational fund.  If representatives are interested, please contact Tara Coletti for more information at Ext. 57433 or tara.coletti@lhsc.on.ca.

Funding will be distributed equally at the beginning of September to each of the divisions/programs allocated to manage travel, speaker honorariums, catering (as identified above), etc.

Webcasting/Archiving:
Oncology Grand Rounds will be webcast to southwestern Ontario sites interested in participating, and archived on the OTN  website:                 http://webcast.otn.ca/pp_archives.html

These archived rounds will be password protected and the password will be updated on a regular basis on our Department of Oncology website under the Archives.
