PEL Information Seminar - Students in years 1 and 2 who are interested and motivated to pursue a senior co-op placement in health research should contact their guidance and/or co-op teachers and request a PEL Information Seminar. The PEL director is happy to promote PEL among students and share information about the placement process and experiential learning opportunities offered by PEL. Teachers should contact the PEL director and make arrangements for a meeting during the annual registration process in the schools. Teachers, students and parents are welcome.
London Health Research Day - Current PEL students are invited to this annual March event and should register with their supervisor to ensure that they have name badges. This research day is presented by the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry and Lawson Health Research Institute.

Secondary School Gairdner Event - The Robarts Research Institute in partnership with the Schulich School of
Medicine & Dentistry and Partners in Experiential Learning is pleased to
present the Robarts Research & Education Day annually in October.
This is an opportunity to attend a lecture given by one of Canada's Gairdner award winners.
Translational Seminar Series - PEL students are invited to attend our monthly translational seminar series. These seminars provide a lively forum for communication and interactions between scientists, physicians, graduate students, medical residents and others interested in translational research. It is an opportunity for PEL students to interact with the cancer research community.
